In April I had my bloods done and my ferritin was at 18. My hair was falling, I hadn’t had my period for quite some time and my energy levels were very low. My doctor gave me supplements which made me sick very sick and bloated. Luckily a friend recommended these and, after only 2 weeks, I started feeling better. 5 months later I had my bloods done again and my ferritin is at 30. Very happy with this product! I started 2 weeks ago 2 capsules a day -1 after breakfast 1 after lunch.
The first most noticeable thing was clear thinking. The second is energy level. At 74 this is very noticeable with a revitalised activity level.

Have been talking primal body for a few weeks now. Took a few weeks to notice but now I have I’m a whole different person. I’ve got more energy more strength and more stamina I’m mid 30’s and it’s a game changer my dad bod has already started to go aswell.
Only down side I’ve found is I’m eating like I’m a 16yr old again I can’t seem to satisfy this hunger can’t say it’s a bad thing though just an observation.
