This iron-rich smoothie is a delicious whole-food blend designed to fit effortlessly into your day. Combining Primal Iron beef spleen powder with berries, beetroot, seeds and creamy yoghurt, it’s a nourishing option for those looking to include iron-containing foods as part of a balanced routine. 

Iron-rich smoothie 

Serves 1 | Gluten-free 

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup frozen organic blueberries 
  • 1 serve Primal Iron Beef Spleen Powder
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries 
  • 1 small (or 1/2 a large) cooked and peeled beetroot 
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt 
  • 1 serve of collagen or protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon 
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice 
  • 1/4 cup coconut water 

Method:

Simply add everything to your blender, blend until smooth, pour into a cup and enjoy! Top with an extra dusting of cinnamon and a pinch of hemp seeds.
