Australian Shipping

A flat rate of $7.99 for Express Shipping applies to all orders Australia-wide. Every order over $99 in value is applicable for FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. We use Australia Post's 'e-Parcel' service to deliver all orders. Every order placed will receive an email with a unique tracking number. You can follow the progress of your delivery on this page:

Note: Tracking details can take up to 24 hours to be entered into the system.

Standard delivery times of 1-4 business days are to be expected. If the delivery address is unattended on delivery your order will be sent to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.


International Shipping

US Customers - visit our US store

A flat rate of $19.95 applies to all international orders and will be delivered by Australia Post's 'Pack & Track International' service. It is a registered postal service with full tracking details. You can follow the progress of your international delivery on this page:

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and are generally received within 7-21 business days from the date of order. It is a legal requirement that we state the value of your order on the package in order to assist customs and postage in your country.

Please note that all applicable customs fees, handling timing, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and we have no authority to communicate with customs agents. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Ancestral Nutrition cannot mark any orders as a 'Gift' in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Refund & Returns Policy

If you wish to return a product, you will receive an unconditional full refund (less postage expenses) and all products must be unopened. 

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be made until the returned goods are received.
  • A refund can only be processed to the credit card used to make the original purchase
  • Ancestral Nutrition will either reimburse or replace the goods in the event of damaged or incorrect orders
