While the sun continues to shine there's nothing more refreshing than an ice-pop to quench the thirst. This healthy recipe is free of added sugar and includes the goodness of beef organs (that you'll never know are there)!
Makes 4-6 | Gluten-free | Dairy-free
Ingredients:
1.5 cups of frozen pineapple and mango
1 heaped teaspoon Ancestral Nutrition Primal Multi Beef Organs
Juice from half a passionfruit (seeds strained)
1/4 cup coconut water
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Method:
Simply blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour into 4-6 popsicle moulds and set in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours.
Once set, dig in and enjoy immediately (you can also pour extra passionfruit on top and freeze for more goodness).
Notes: These last for 2 weeks in an airtight container in the freezer.
