Healthy Beef Kafta's
Mich (who works with us) loves healthy recipes and made a batch of these last week which we threw on the BBQ for lunch. They were so good that they're now a regular for us. We love the simplicity and they taste pretty good too :)
Ingredients
- 1kg Minced Beef
- Bunch of Parsley
- 2 x Brown Onion
- 3 Tbsp 7 Spices
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Method
- Finely chop the parsley and onions
- Place the beef into large bowl
- Add parsley, onions and remaining ingredients
- Mix well using hands
- Mould onto kebab sticks (may need a little water on hands)
- Cook under grill or BBQ
- Enjoy 🤤
