Healthy Beef Kafta's

Carnivore Recipes Beef Kaftas

Mich (who works with us) loves healthy recipes and made a batch of these last week which we threw on the BBQ for lunch. They were so good that they're now a regular for us. We love the simplicity and they taste pretty good too :)⁠

Ingredients⁠

  • 1kg Minced Beef⁠
  • Bunch of Parsley⁠
  • 2 x Brown Onion⁠
  • 3 Tbsp 7 Spices⁠
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste⁠

Method⁠

  1. Finely chop the parsley and onions⁠
  2. Place the beef into large bowl⁠
  3. Add parsley, onions and remaining ingredients⁠
  4. Mix well using hands⁠
  5. Mould onto kebab sticks (may need a little water on hands)⁠
  6. Cook under grill or BBQ⁠
  7. Enjoy 🤤⁠
