My iron has never been in the double digits without an infusion. I've always refused to take pharmaceutical iron as well as it causes havoc on my gut. I'm so happy I found these capsules. I have no gut irritations and my iron levels are sitting in the 90s after 6 weeks of regular intake.. the highest it has EVER been.
