Beef Liver Meatballs Recipe
We love meatballs, they're nutritious and delicious. This animal-based recipe adds the goodness of beef liver to take them to the next level ⚡️
Makes 10-15, dependent on the size of each meatball.
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g grass-fed beef or lamb mince
- 1 garlic clove, minced or cut pretty fine
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon beef liver powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
- 1 tablespoon filtered water
- Pre heat the oven to 230C
- In a box mix the mince with chopped garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, liver powder and salt. Mix it all together well with your hands.
- In a small bowl lightly mix the psyllium husk and water, add to the meat mixture and mix it all in well.
- Roll into balls and lay in a cast iron pan or baking dish, put in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the outside is brown and a little crisp.
