If you're short on time but want to cover your bases this is one of our go-to breakfast options. It does the job of curbing hunger until lunchtime while packing a nutritional punch.⁠

Recipe:⁠
• 3 tbsp Greek yogurt (plain)⁠
• 50g Collagen Protein⁠
• 1 serve (3g) beef liver powder
• 1/2 tbsp honey⁠
• Handful of berries⁠

Method:⁠
Place all of the ingredients into a bowl, stir well and and enjoy⁠
