Ingredients:
- 250g mince (beef, pork, chicken, lamb etc)
- 2 tsp tallow, olive oil or coconut oil
- 2 tsp freeze-dried liver powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (or other spice of choice)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Optional: Top with avocado
Method:
- Heat the oil or tallow in a cast iron pan on a medium heat, add in the mince and mix with a wooden spoon for a few minutes.
- Stir in the smoked paprika, sea salt, onion powder and liver powder, mix until it’s well combined.
- Mix in the egg, stirring until it cooks through the meat.
- Put the meat and egg mix in a bowl and top with avocado or sauce of choice.
