Here’s a simple framework inspired by clients seeking to feel more in control of their daily habits and overall wellbeing.

Morning Ritual

  • Start your day with warm lemon water or apple cider vinegar to awaken digestion.
  • Get sunlight exposure within 30 minutes of waking to support a healthy daily rhythm.
  • Enjoy a protein-rich breakfast (aim for 25–30g protein):
    Try two eggs, leftover meat, sautéed greens, and a piece of fruit.

Lunch

  • Include a palm-sized portion of quality protein: beef, lamb, chicken thigh, or sardines.
  • Add at least 2 cups of fresh salad vegetables with a squeeze of lemon or vinegar.
