Berry Liver Gummies

Ingredients: Makes approx. 3 trays - 20-30 gummies (depending on size)
- 250g frozen raspberries or strawberries or mixed berries
- 1 tbsp beef liver powder
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp gelatin powder
Method:
- Put raspberries in a saucepan on medium heat, stirring continuously until the fruit is defrosted and soft.
- Pour in the maple syrup and lemon juice and blend together with a stick blender, until it’s liquid consistency. Add in the liver powder and blend a little more.
- Keep the mixture on a low - medium heat and slowly pour in the gelatin powder 1 tbsp at a time, using a hand held whisk to stir it in until the mixture is smooth, don’t allow the mixture to boil.
- Pour a small amount into silicone molds of choice, or onto a baking paper lined tray.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. If using a baking tray, cut into squares to serve.
