These elderberry immune gummies provide a tasty way to complement your winter health habits.

Ingredients
- 1 cup organic elderberry juice
- 1/4 cup bovine gelatin
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 2 tsp of Primal Multi Beef Organ Powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup filtered water
Method
- To a small bowl, add 1/2 cup of elderberry juice and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Set aside to "bloom" while preparing the next steps
- To a blender, add the mixed berries, Primal Multi Beef Organ Powder, honey, water and remaining elderberry juice. Blend until smooth
- Pour the berry mixture into a small saucepan, and put on the stovetop at medium heat. Gently add in the bloomed gelatin and mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved into the liquid (be sure not to let it get to boiling)
- Once all combined, transfer the liquid into a measuring cup or something easy to pour from. Pour the liquid as evenly as possible into 20 gummy moulds
- Set in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or ideally overnight
- Once set, pop the gummies from their moulds, dig in and enjoy the immune goodness
