Gluten Free Primal Sausage Rolls

Ingredients:
- 500g pork mince
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp all spice
- ½ tsp salt
- 1–2 tsp Primal Energy Beef Organ Powder
- 3 eggs + 2 tbsp milk, whisked together (for the rice paper)
- Rice paper sheets (2 per roll)
Method:
- Mix mince, veggies, spices + Primal Energy for the filling (TIP: finely chop veggies in the food processor to make them extra kid-friendly).
- Whisk eggs + milk. Soak 2 rice paper sheets in the egg mixture until starting to soften.
- Place filling on top, tuck in the sides and roll up into a sausage roll.
- Sprinkle on sesame seeds.
- Bake at 180°C for 25–30 mins until golden + crunchy. Slice and enjoy - makes 6 big rolls.
