Makes 1 smoothie | Gluten-free | Refined sugar-free
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- Serving of collagen or protein powder of choice
- 1/2 a tbsp of flax meal
- 1 serve (1/4 tsp) of Primal Energy Women's Beef Organ Powder
- 2 tbsp full-fat organic Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tbsp almond butter
- Matcha 'shot' made your desired way
Method:
- Simply add all ingredients to your blender (minus the matcha shot) and blend until smooth and creamy.
- To your favourite glass, pour in the smoothie and then the matcha shot on top. Stir, dig in and enjoy immediately!
Notes:
To make your smoothie extra 'cute' (and delicious) you can make a simply strawberry jam at the bottom (made by simmering some frozen strawberries in a small pan on the stove top and then mashed to achieve the desired consistency) along with some smears of yoghurt along the sides of the glass.
