Boost Your Family's Energy with Gummy Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tbsp gelatin
- 1/4 tsp ground tumeric
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Ancestral Nutrition powder of your choice
- 2 tbsp honey
Method
- Pour orange juice into a small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over the top. Let bloom for 1 minute
- Add tumeric, chia seeds, and your chosen free-dried beef organ powder
- Gently heat the mixture until the gelatin is fully dissolved
- Stir in honey to taste
- Pour the mixture onto a lined tray and spread evenly
- Chill in the fridge until firm
- Slice into strips and roll up.
Storage:
Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. If packing for lunchboxes, include an ice pack - these roll-ups can melt in warm temperatures.
