Boost Your Family's Energy with Gummy Roll-Ups

But let's be honest... capsules can get a little boring. Why not turn them into a sweet, fun treat the whole family will love? 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 tbsp gelatin
  • 1/4 tsp ground tumeric
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Ancestral Nutrition powder of your choice
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Pour orange juice into a small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over the top. Let bloom for 1 minute
  2. Add tumeric, chia seeds, and your chosen free-dried beef organ powder 
  3. Gently heat the mixture until the gelatin is fully dissolved
  4. Stir in honey to taste
  5. Pour the mixture onto a lined tray and spread evenly
  6. Chill in the fridge until firm
  7. Slice into strips and roll up.

Storage:
Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. If packing for lunchboxes, include an ice pack - these roll-ups can melt in warm temperatures.
