    Capsule Dosage Guide

    If you are familiar with consuming organs:
    Simply take 4 capsules each day with water or alternatively open and sprinkle on food. Athletes or very active individuals can take more capsules if required.

    If you are new with consuming organs:
    We recommend starting with a single capsule a day for the first week. Then move to two capsules on week 2 and three capsules on week 3 until you reach our recommended 4 capsules a day. This helps to ensure tolerability.

    When to take:
    Preferably in the morning with/after food to start the day with a foundation for long-lasting energy.
