I've been taking this supplement for a few months now and I can say my energy has deffinetly improved i only have one coffee per day. My hair has soo much new growth and strength. My nails and skin deffinetly noticeable.
As a vegetarian, I was hesitant to try this product. But as I struggle with iron levels, and had tried a tonne of other iron supplements, I thought I would rather try this than reintroduce meat to my diet. The difference was very noticeable and my energy levels are better than ever. Great product
